Fordingbridge Hospital

DRPL were appointed as advisers to the Principal Designer under the CDM Regulations 2015. The scheme comprised the conversion of a Grade II listed former workhouse building into luxury residential units. As advisor to Principal Designer, DRPL were responsible for reviewing the Pre-Construction Information Pack for the Principal Contractor. DRPL managed the design team in relation to health and safety matters and drew their attention to health and safety risks during construction, and also after construction during maintenance and use of the building.
