Strategic Estates Plans for the NHS

DRPL are Strategic Estates Advisors to Community Health Partnerships (part of the Department of Health) and assist the Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCG) in Hampshire with the preparation of their Strategic Estates Plans for the NHS. Works include collecting and analysing estate data from service providers, reviewing with the CCG in order to agree on Strategic Estate Plans in line with the service providers own plans in order to maximise use of the current estate and identify the future needs of the estate.
