DRPL was appointed to provide Party Wall and Quantity Surveying services for Troika Developments Ltd. The scheme compromised of the design and construction of a large luxury residential dwelling, at a value of circa £2.5 million. DRPL served Party Wall notice on the adjoining owner, undertook a schedule of condition and agreed the Party Wall award with the adjoining owner’s appointed Surveyor. DRPL prepared an Elemental Cost Plan for the Client prior to the appointment of a Contractor. This informed the Client of the anticipated build cost and allowed them to negotiate cost with the Contractor who reported against these costs under an open book contract.
