DRPL was appointed by Lloyds Bank to provide Independent Monitoring Surveying Services on a circa. £1 million development of 10 industrial units. DRPL took responsibility for reviewing the potential risks to the Bank and highlighting these where necessary. In addition, DRPL reviewed the progress of works on site in relation to the funds claimed and advise the Bank in monthly reports which coincided with the Employers Agents contract valuations.
