Frost Garage

DRPL was appointed by Pinta Properties LLP to provide Employer’s Agent and Party Wall services for Frost Garage at Haywards Heath, West Sussex. The scheme included the demolition of an existing building, retention of a party wall to the adjoining property, the re-lining of underground petrol storage tanks with a double skin lining and the alterations, repairs and strip out to shell and core of the existing showroom and retail facility. The works were procured under a Design and Build 2011 JCT Contract with a contract value of circa. £300,000. DRPL was responsible for overseeing the works on site and also liaising with the Funder and Tenant of the new property to ensure that they were kept up to date with the progress and programme of works.
