DRPL was appointed by Clark Estates to oversee their development at 54 – 56 Southampton Road. Works involved the construction of two ground floor commercial units with residential units to the upper floors. DRPL held fortnightly progress meetings and prepared monthly valuations allowing the Developer to keep track of project expenditure. The project value was circa. £2.4 million.
