Hillbourne Primary School

DRPL provided the Designer, Contract Administrator, Project Management and Quantity Surveying Services to the Borough of Poole for the refurbishment of four toilet blocks and corridor flooring replacement at a value of circa. £100,000 at Hillbourne Primary School in Poole, Dorset. The project was procured under a JCT Intermediate Design and Build 2011 Contract. DRPL worked with the Contractor and school to agree the programme of works with least disruption to the operation of the school. The works were phased to allow the use of some toilets throughout the works and the flooring replacement was undertaken during the half term break.
