Wharncliff Road, Boscombe

DRPL provided a Schedule of Condition and costed maintenance plan to Arnewood Estates Ltd for 14 Wharncliff Road, Boscombe in Dorset. DRPL’s involvement included the undertaking of a detailed Schedule of Condition of a large detached Victorian house, currently in occupation as offices on the upper floors and residential accommodation on the ground floor. DRPL also provided advice on the condition of building elements, the works required to bring that element back into a reasonable condition and a schedule of costs for the recommended works. DRPL also prepared a costed 5 year maintenance plan to allow the client to manage their expenditure on maintenance.
