Albert Road
The project consisted of the demolition of an old sorting office which had adjoining commercial buildings on three sides, and the construction of a new five storey block of 83 studios and 2 commercial units, including piled foundations and cantilevering steel structure over an adjoining property. DRPL were responsible for serving Party Wall notices on 17 different adjoining owners surrounding the development site. DRPL undertook 8 schedules of condition and were responsible for agreeing the content of 15 Party Wall Awards and 11 Addendum Awards with the adjoining owner’s appointed Surveyors.
